Where to start but at the beginning. Like most of you reading this, I have been a gun enthusiast my whole life. My grandfather and grandmother were competitive shooters in the mid 1950's, and my grandfather was a hobby gunsmith. Some of my early memories are of sitting in my grandfathers shop, watching him work on a gun or reloading ammunition. Guns were a way of life in our family. I remember many a summer spent up at their cabin on Pitt Lake in BC, where I spent hours shooting at old tin cans or whatever I could find. I guess I was destined to eventually be a part of this industry.
After a career in the music industry as a company owner and promoter, I then spent a number of years in manufacturing and distribution of skateboards to the world market.
In 2009 I founded Vault Distribution Inc. with the passion and drive to start a company that could make a difference in the Canadian industry. The company's focus would be on true distribution, concentrating on building a national Canadian dealer network. My number one goal is providing our accounts with the highest level of service, and unique products exclusive to Vault Distribution Inc. The goal is to build the brands we represent at a retail store level in combination with Internet sales and to build trust in Vault—that we will do everything to aid our dealers in helping promote these products at a fair industry price. This isn't reinventing the wheel, just business practices that a lot of companies have forgotten along the way.
